Made-To-Order Jewellery Guide

1. What does Made To Order mean?

Made To Order means I don't have inventory stored of the piece and instead, I make a new piece whenever one is ordered. Most of my OOAK jewellery and all my custom pieces are made-to-order. Sometimes a permanent collection piece will be marked made-to-order because it has a customization that makes it hard to stock (e.g. rings because everyone's size is different)

2. Which pieces are Made To Order?

Made-to-order pieces are marked on their respective pages. In some cases instead of a buy button there's a form you can fill with your details and I'll get back to you on how to buy your piece.

3. How long do they take to make?

Production times vary depending on the piece but the average is 4-6 weeks. Please allow me grace in finishing your piece as this is a one woman production and not a factory manufacturer. "Small batch, slow fashion" is my motto and that means every piece is made with care and attention to detail. I can't compete with the speed of mass manufactured jewellery, but I win by a mile on quality.

4. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 4-6 weeks. Once shipped, you can expect your package to arrive within 5-10 business days. Please note that international orders may take longer to arrive due to customs clearance.
