Shipping Policy

Processing Time All ready to ship orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders that have "One-Of-A-Kind" or "Made-To-Order" in their title or description will be shipped 4-6 weeks after ordering. Custom order shipping times are agreed upon between Inca Lily and the customer during the planning process. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (Canada) We offer the following shipping options within Canada:

• Standard shipping (up to 2 kg): $14.90 CAD
• Standard shipping (2–30 kg): $21.90 CAD
• Express shipping (up to 2 kg): $21.90 CAD

International Shipping We ship internationally via Canada Post and Purolator. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and dimensions.

• Europe: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
• North America: United States
• Asia-Pacific: Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea
• Middle East: United Arab Emirates

Delivery Timeframes Estimated delivery times vary by destination. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Customs & Duties (EU & International Orders) International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
